I have been here twice and probably found a place I wouldn't want to change for a long time. Both the times, I was attended to by Claudia who takes her time in making sure all the grooming is well detailed and there's no cutting corners. I think this place is also very well priced in terms of quality and service they offer. Mario (owner) also makes sure of a fairly personal interaction himself even if he's not the one attending you. This shows the place's intent of valuing the customer relationship. This place is a 100% recommendation to anyone who seeks some fine grooming.

Pamela is back! I've been going to Innovations for almost 4 years now. Pamela was there when I wanted to drastically alter my hairstyle, cutting off the majority of it. She's incredibly meticulous, doesn't miss a single detail, and always makes sure to check in with you that everything is alright. When she took some time off, I was nervous to try other hair stylists, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were just as skilled and friendly as Pamela. Walk ins are almost always accepted, though some of the stylists have a loyal customer base and can be booked for a few hours each day, so you may not get your favorite if you walk it. That's a good thing though! It shows just how much their customers love them. I highly recommend Innovations if you're looking for a new hair place, they're by far the favorite I've ever ben to. -Zac
